All Ananth nagar flats builded by builders are not taking any approval from Anekal Town planning authority, they are taking the approval from panchayat by bribing. They supposed to contstruct the flats G+3.
They will get the permission for G+4 with panchayat approval by bribing . But 4th floor is illegal,
We are facing lot of problem. Recently Fire department people have gave the notice to our Apartment, As per There rule all apartments will be only 15 meters hight, but due to 4th floor illegal (originally its 5th floor) its 21 meters. So we need to take the approval from fire department, but no body is taking approval from fire department.
So be aware and go for BMRDA approval flats only, dont go for Panchayat approval. Builders will tell that they got all concerned department approval, but they never mention what are the concern departments.
