Hi All,
Poor service & support by Compare DTH. I have purchased second HD+ connection of DISH TV(I was having already SD connection) - The representative(Ashish) promised that in this offer of Rs.1549, they will do the installation and will give one month free of ultra pack+ all HD channels. But after installation they provided only south titanium pack & no free HD channels.
I called up the representative and he was not able to reply for this point and he stopped taking my calls. After that I called their call centre, they said u contact Installation person of the DTH, I called him, He further said he have the instruction to put only south titanium pack without HD. So I called Comapre DTH again, they gave the call centre number of Dish TV. When I checked with Disch TV, they said what ever Comapre DTH sends request, they will activate, and they said to check with Comapre DTH only.
Ufff. I check with Compare DTH, their call centre guy told, you will get only Titanium pack without HD and cut the phone call.
This is an real cheating and not providing the service as promised. Pls be careful before going to this kind of service.
