BookmyDTH is a scam, don't loose your money. Review on General Tips on DTH Service

Very Bad company I think they are running a scam(they will take money and not respond to any of your queries till you your get frustrated and forget your money).

I have requested for a Dish TV connection by paying 1449/- on dated 29/02/2016 through order number order#5246. While ordering I was told that DTH will be activated within 48-56 hours. After 56 hours when I called customer care number they told that connection will be activated within 24 hours. I kept calling them for 7 days and so many unreplied E-mails to them I started calling to Dish TV and was told that Bookmydth.com had initiated and order with your name but now they have canceled(may be to avoid legal consequences). I gave each and every details to Dish TV and told that people are doing fraud with your name, finally my DTH connection was activated on 15th day(credit to Dish TV).

Better to go at your local shop and buy connection from there otherwise you will loose your money for sure.

I am pasting mails which I sent to bookmydth.com and none of these were replied by them.

I think most of the reviews are not genuine. They have only two -three employees who receive your call and tell you that your connection will be activated in 24 hours. Mail sent dated: March, 3, 2016.

It is more than two weeks since you are continuously promising to start my dth connection within in 24 hours when I call.

During my last discussion with mr. Ajeet in your office last Saturday i.e. 6th of March, 2016 I was told that connection will be started by next 24 hours. I am extremely frustrated the way you fool people during my last discussion I asked your person to acknowledge my email at least after mail and subsequent reminder neither I received any reply from your side nor my connection was started.

Please look in to the very -very seriously as I have already wasted 14 days for by waiting for 24 hours as you promise everytime when I call for status.

If you can not start services please initiate refund on urgent basis so that I may request for another connection through anyone else.
