How do you check whether the aircoller you buy will last you at least a few seasons? I bought a Synphony Ninja cooler and it has given me only trouble.
It seems the main motor is wound with with delicate wire and easily burnt out. The dealer from whom I had purchased the product had cancelled his agency and said the company is very unhelpful etc and pointed out a guy who can repair it. So I went to this guy and he said the motor is rewound after charging me a specialist fees .
Yes it worked for some time and the season got over. When we restarted it next year, the motor again conked out after a few days. The guy who did it last time was not around and the next one again rewound the motor . This time it did not last the season.next guy so the saga of the cooler that does not cool goes.and recently I saw the advt of the company and they had given the name of the service center, so I hope to go to them now.
The advice is somehow air cooler motors symphony brand seem to be delicately wound( we had 2 more with similar problem in our building) and better check this as pect as well as get the address of the service center before buying the products
