I orderded online an Air Conditioner from IFB appliances IACS18KA3TC - 1.5 Ton 3 Star(CU)+ Voltage Stabilizer 4KVA from the official site of the company on 11 Jun 14. It was promised that they usually deliver the product within 7 days but there had been no delivery and also no self follow up by the company to ensure that the items are shipped/installed or not. Perhaps, to IFB, once customer is trapped.its purely the customer's concern. I am so disturbed about such an unacceptable delay in delivery and installation of IFB AC that I ordered vide Order #100014232. Till today, 22 Jun, I am yet to hv the delivery, leave apart the installation. Made numerous calls on your helpline but got nothing bt PROMISES that "IT WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY 7 PM .and since then 5 TODAYs hv already gone."
I seriously repent my decision to have gone for an online purchase. And also disheartened to have such a poor and lamentably false responses fm IFB Customer Support.I feel cheated and doing my best to make others aware to not to hv any relationship with such a compnay i.e., IFB. I am making use of all channels; FB, twitter, consumer forums etc to voice my grievance if the AC is not installed at my place at the earliest. I hope its done today.
