I am using HITACHI split air conditioner.The unit stopped cooling in May 2014, their engineers after duly charging us filled the gas and opened the front unit(one inside room)since then the inside unit has started throwing water, the leakage has not only spoiled walls but entire wood work.We have to keep a bucket under the unit to avoid slipping on the floor in the night.Why?
Because the world leader HITACHI does not have any effective service or consumer redressal mechanism, which can make up for the defect which their engineers created.We have made atleast 15complaints till now that just went on deaf ears .We are frustrated with HITACHI.
