I bought this Sharp Inverter AC from Sharp Showroom in Lajpat Nagar Central Market.
I was using it for last 01 year. Now I have shifted to Gurgaon and needed to re-install this AC it has been six days in a row I am in contact with customer care, but nobody showed up from the company to provide the service required.
Customer care people told me that I will get the service done within 24 hrs. They gave me their Head Office number and also their Customer Care Manager's number both the numbers are busy. Never ever buy any Sharp products. Excellent products but really really pathetic customer service!
