I had given my car for service and after one day given my car without working remote locking and poor washing and just change the oils and given the car and I lost my shoes in the car and I asked for remote locking not working they promise to solve the promlem but pro long the job and charged for the repeated jobs but not solve the problem. So Now I am in touch with their managemnt team for solve the problem. GM Prasad at kondapur service station very very bad attitude towards customers and for payment bills which they were charged without our approval at last I paid the bills every time to solve my problem but still not solve the problem. still I am waiting for solve the same.
After Few days I received call from customer care executive had respond well and he had taken responsibility towards all the things happened and they promissed to solve all the problems but I didnt meet the gem team because in the mean time I have busy with my personal work. I will meet soon.
