I own a Maruti Riltz VDI bought in 2011. I went to gem motors Kondapur.
First service advisor approached eating Gutka and started selling me all possible spares saying I need to replace some spare parts. I said ok and the bill was 14000 Rs.
After the service of my Ritz vehicle there was an oil leak of 3-4 drops from the bonnet below.
I gave the car for servicing at gem motors, Kondapur and explain this problem and they said the problem is resolved while handing over the car to me. Last week I have been 3-4 times to the gem motors in order to get this problem resolved but it hasn't.
The service here is really pathetic, I dont understand whether people really know and understand the problem. They don't bother the customers' view.
I met the GM by name of Prasad and explained the car problem but he ignored and spoke to me with carelessness and suggested to sell my car to true value which is ridiculous.
Simply bluff everything is resolved but are really it is not. Worst customer care and horrible service.
Very Very Bad Service and Customer service at Gem motors kondapur. I regret now.
