I wished I couldn't give one star also. Since no options I had I am rating 1 star.
I had visited their GEM MOTORS in the month of February for buying a used vehicle. I was introduced to Sadat there with whom I had a worst experience ever in my life. After seeing the vehicle I had several number of calls to buy it. He insisted so much that he should sell it. Intentionally he want to cheat others. He forcefully gave me esteem 2005 model which is completely damaged. it showed 72000 KMS driven in 2015.
Wherein it was driven for 184000 KMS in the year 2011 itself. Just imagine how many KMS would have been driven after that. Moreover twice it is painted, not informed while taking money from me. Chassis is completely rusted and cut, which doesn't stand for 2 years. I had called to SADATH immediately, lot of mails, lot of calls. No response. VERY CLEAVER CHEATING. I paid 1, 00, 000/- for that vehicle which was not even worth for 60, 000/-
I want to lodge a complaint against them and SADATH because he guaranteed me and sold that worst vehicle. And I had to spend more than 25, 000/- for that. Still lot of problems. Which has made me mentally abnormal, and the AGONY I faced by them has no limit. Please please I request all not to deal with them. No 1 CHEATER I had ever met in my life.I want to go and meet them with COPS and make sure they will never do this to anyone else.
