I purchased a Hero Pleasure from Gem Motors Coimbatore in Ramanathapuram showroom. The color I asked for was actually present there before prior ordering, I felt so fortunate, but I realized and recognized the defect only after that. At the time I purchased the vehicle and I was driving itself I found the front brake was so hard and I felt bec. the vehicle is new it may be tight.
And the next day I came to know the scooter offs often while driving, I went and complained, the representative (I didn't mention his name considering his future) who sold the vehicle spoke very nicely and said he will correct it. I went after 2 days, and again the same problem, this time they have adjusted the 'slow-speed parameter' I guess they have raised the petrol consumption switch, still the compliant was there but this time my scooter started to drink more petrol.
I fixed both brake and the petrol drinking problem by giving in a local workshop. everything was smooth, first service came (they priced 400+ for oil change, etc.etc.) my vehicle was again spoiled then I got fixed it by giving in the local mechanic shop. running smooth.... its time for second service - hell what kind of mechanics are there I don't know again grabbed a few currency from me. This time the problem was still worsen - my self start is not working and even my kicker start. my legs are literally painting kicking and kicking... again my scooter started to drink more petrol. though Pleasure is a good vehicle buying from them is really a bad idea.
My colleagues actually make fun of me 'even today your scooter is giving problems uh?' no good customer service if you go with a compliant. None of the service persons, representatives nor the manager is bothered about service, they mainly concentrate on sales, sales, sales... from the day one I purchased from them pain is all that I have felt.. I have spent nearly half a lac to buy this vehicle but frustrated with the service.
I really hate that representative, he spoke so friendly at the time of purchase but after that if I go he runs away from his place. If you wanna purchase hero vehicles try other best dealers in cbe, rather than buying from them. trust me now so that you can have peace after your purchase.
Note: Now I am confused whether these people have spoiled my vehicle's battery at the time of service. I will better deal this with the next shop local mechanic rather than going to the showroom.
