Even though Gaylord has been around for ages. I never had the opportunity to eat here since I stay in the suburbs. When I started working in Churchgate I couldn't help myself and on Friday I went there with my friends.
The place was a little packed but we were allotted a table withing 10 mins, which isn't bad considering it is a Friday. The host was gracious and warm throughout the evening. The decor was simple and nice. I wouldn't call it superb but it was pleasant enough.
We called for Chicken Consome Soup and Minestrone soup, both were pretty good. For the mains, we called for Lobster Thermidor, Roast Chicken and Bacon and Tuscan Chicken. All I have to say about the food was it was scrumptious. I loved the food and service here and going back again this weekend
