I feel this review is:
The most classless delivery services in India. Absolutely bad. When you pay a premium for express delivery and yet it arrives 3 days late than the ASSURED date and yet has the audacity to ask for premium charges. Add third class customer service who keep apologising instead of delivering the parcel on time. Waste of time, energy and money. NEVER EVER USE GATI KWE AGAIN. A bunch of foolish people running the company or they simply don't care what happens in their regional branches. They should rename their company to AdhoGati.
