Change your name from gati to gatiheen You are actually a gatiheen(slow) courier provider. Disgusting. I think you got a convoy of lazy persons. At least do justice to your name and show what you guys really are please change it to gatiheen. Bluedart, dtdc, fedex and delhivery are the best. No one can match them in speed and reliability. They 3-4 days to deliver a parcel from hyderabad to ldh. But this gati courier already have taken 8 days but my product is nowhere near ludhiana. Gati still use trucks to deliver at long distance instead plane. customer care way of talking is good and they will assure that you will get your product with in the stipulated time. But they do nothing. My docket no. is 501177407. do check the same they ask me for 2 days more but nothing happen again. when I call again their way of talking gets worse. I will use delhivery, bluedart, fedex, dtdc. avoid GATI beacause its GATIheen.
