They accept consignments to PIN codes where they do not serve. They return the consignment quoting some lame excuse. Unfortunately AMAZON.COM favours them. I have complained to AMAZON.
I paid money to get the item delivered. Now may be I have to pay every time. AMAZON.com do not seem to bother about the feedback they get about the couriers. Now they have stopped the CHAT facility also. There is no way to contact AMAZON.
