We have used this courier services many times for our office material movement and It was very bad experience with Gati due to its very poor services and very bad response
Our material never deliver on given time and its delay up to 10 to 15 days with continuous followup, The staff having very bad behavior and treated very rudely, They not seems like professional
There is nothing like customer care no. where we can get complete and right information, Also its tracking system found non working every time and not able to share the right information about our courier
The way of material handling is also not proper and due to this our material is not safe here
Due to its very poor services we have stop using this courier and its found non reliable services from Gati, There are a lot of other courier services in market where we can get much better and fast services with prompt delivery response instead of Gati Courier and Cargo Service, Its very cheap and low quality services
