First I searched for reviews of gati kwe and found so many bad review about it.
But as I have to deliver it on urgent basis I somehow agreed to deliver by gati only due to lack of cheaper and reliable options.So I called them and queried about cost and delivery
time and I asked about packaging material means carton boxes.they said they dont provide this, when I told them on your website its there we can purchase a box from gati at a price of 100 ru. they told this service is not available. So Its me I had to arrange boxes wherever I was going for arranging those people were saying you dont have to arrange its your courier service that will arrange that for you.Although my shipment was delivered on time. I wish if they had provided the packaging material carton boxes also then it would be more convenient.Overall my experience was not as bad as other people.
