Their delivery staff thinks people should be waiting at phone to give them directions. I have never seen them delivering anything on time. They lie most of the time. I had incidents when they told Amazon that they could not deliver packages because I was unavailable; but I was at home waiting for them. Most their delivery people don't start from office with any preparation to find address. They will call you once and if for any reason you don't pick up the phone, they assume you are not there to receive package. Their attitude and arrogance is beyond any writing. Unfortunately, I cannot give them negative rating and have to give lowest that I can. But, according to me on a scale of 1 to 10, they are -20
