Gati people from hyderabad lost my 7000rs cooler.
in their data base it is showing properly that they received the cooler and they had transfered the cooler from one of the hyderabad branch to another branch. when I called one of the member of the branch they said they did not received the cooler.
So where it gone. they said they also don't know.
As per their suggestion I shared cooler pic also. this is not a small size cooler so that it can hide in a corner.
I am calling them daily from past 2 months but still I did not get any confirmation from them. So I think these people only done somthing either they had sold it to some one or they are using for their personal use.
I raise complaint also they said the will do something within 1 week but still no progress.
when I call to the manager from hyderabad branch they had also said the same thing that they are doing.
I am calling them in each week but still they are saying that they are something and they are tring.
When Im calling them some time they are not receiving phone also.
