I ordered a TV from Amazon and to my dismay they choose gati. It has been three days since the product is in the city and I have not received the TV. I call the contact person and he does not respond. I call the customer care they say they will take action but there are no updates. They should rename the company to Durgati.


NEVER HAVE I SEEN SUCH A WORST COURIER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. THE CONTACT PERSON IS LETHARGIC.
