Last year I bought a mobile of coolpad company from amezon. The seller have contact with gati courier.
Amezon give me 15 days arrival time on my given address. but gati is not fast as we think.
GAti take 13 days to arrives my mobile upto the nearest big city itarsi.
Itarai is 42 km distance from my city.
But the corier agent of itarsi not supply the parcel to me.
I see my parcels every location on net. So I see that it is in itarsi gati office.
I call to itarsi office, they said that we will not deliver there, and said me to come itarasi and take your parcel.
I am shocked because amezon promise me to give it on my place.
I called to amezon customer care and they assure me to wait, it will delivered to your home. Amezon care calling and talk with gati for my issue.
Then I again call to itarsi office now they told softly that sir we will delivered there but it take time. When we have some more parcel of yoyr city, we will deliver it.
Okkk I said I will waiting
But it take 21 day to deliver my parcel of coolpad mobile to me.
Very horrible experience with gati
