I ordered goods online through a online website. This website shipped it's products through GATI courier services. My products reached bangalore on 2nd july and till now I haven't recieved it. I called the GATI customer service almost everyday since 4th july till yesterday but they still didnot deliver. When I check the status online the package is just moving between Bangalore south and whitefiled every alternate day. I even asked the customer care to provide me the store location so that I can go and pick it up but they are not willing to give that too.
Now I feel they must have lost the item and not willing to admit it. I am planning to move ahead to consumer forum.
