The Garib Rath is started by the Indian Railways in 2005
It provides subsidized price air-conditioned long distance travel to passengers who could not afford standard fares.
Only seating and three-tier accommodation is provided in Garib Rath.
The passengers are not provided free bedding or food.
It is significantly slower than super-fast express trains.
The maximum speed of Garib Rath trains is around 130Kmph.
I was traveling with my family and other 40 familiar people through this train. We were coming back. At that time there was big festival at Ajmer. Due to this reason many Muslim people were traveling through the train without having ticket.
We were mare than 4 people on one berth, is it! OMG now I and family what we had experience. It was uniq experience with fully loaded Muslim people.
Well, these people were very religions and were having great helping nature. They helped us to unloaded our luggage in 2-3 minutes at our last stop.
In reality Garib Rath is for such beautiful hearted people.
