I recently travelled from Garib Rath Express(12910) from Mathura to BDTS(Bandra) with my family. My ticket was confirmed 3 months in advance. The moment I entered my berth, the 3 berths assigned to me were given to some other family(sent by irctc on his mobile phone). When contacted the TC he said, 'yeh wale berth me aisa hi hota hai' and then he gave me 3 side berths that to middle ones. The nature of the TC was also really pathetic and so the service.
We would suggest to remove the side lower berths in this train as it adds the crowd in the train and its really congested. The AC seems to be nice and there should be more cleanliness in the train.
