Had 2 instances of poor service by them, in one instance my colleague travelling to cochin, missed the bus from ksrtc bus stop as he was wrongly guided by their staff. They did not even seem apologetic about it. It is a normal practise for all bus operators to ensure that all the passengers waiting to board have boarded the right bus, but here the staff are not very keen about it.
Once my journey was in a sleeper bus, which was in a poor condition. It was an old bus, poorly maintained, very unconformable journey.
Will avoid and not recommend, please check other options - VRL, Durgamba etc.
