Last saturday(08.10.16) I went to t.nager GRT and I bought one chain & bracelet after one week I went again GRT(main brach) to change the bracelet .i saw the new bracelet and fixed the price for 27, 000 they confirmed, after that only iam showing my return jewel & bill they said y mam first you tell this only, vat amount+ gift voucher minus your amount they said, yeah ok. they again & again more caluculation they did finally they said that new jewel they didn't give for 27, 000, Plus again vat and again extra cost of jewellery .finally that manager didn't speak well, he said mam where you bought jewel u went to that shop u return your jewel and get it cash voucher after that I will give new gold.this s not good way for treating coustomer.un educated people how they know this kind of procedure.i was disappointed your jewellery and also I bought morethan 25 soverign from oldwashermenpet brach. now my mom told hereafter we didn't go for GRT., see how good name for you.
all procedure over k I decide to go and get it cash voucher from I bought tat jewel that shop, its also in t.nager only I went to that jewellery from walkable because I was parking bike here, i was thingking, again iam coming back here only that s y. what is the problem for this I don't know, I walking to that branch that security called hello hello come and take your bike I was said sir I went that branch after that I coming to here only sir .he said again I don't know take your bike and go . this kind of happend to me near to that surronding people what they thought . finally I did't rechange my bracelet I coming back to my home, .i was very very disappointed your shop sorry very very worst customer service.
