Have been to grt jewellers many times and had a good experience. But today went to usman road branch and sales girl on the counter wss totally irresponsible. .she has no interest to shaw the jewels model and commeenting about customers.she took money for billing and have no sign of coming back and ack. Whrn I complained the floor supervisor he is too not bothered about words.
Please greet customers with warm welcome and show some smiles. .
