They sold me a pair of glasses online, then contacted me to tell me they no longer stocked them and that I could chose a different frame.
I found one, however, they then tried to charge me an additional £60 despite the new pair being less money. I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my refund. I don't think they have any interest in giving it back. Good job I purchased it through paypal. I am now waiting for the response.
