I feel this review is:
Please look for another health care credit account or credit card. This bank seems 15 years behind the times. The hours of operation are limited and call times are longer than Chase or CitiCards. The website is inefficient and poorly designed. The payment process online is slow and non-descriptive. The customer service phone rep I contacted was smug and made my issue that the website was poor. Please do not get this card or credit account if you are expecting good service.
