I will not come back to this hospital & will not recommend for any body. It's acting against the hospital mission.
1.not providing patient focused humane care.absloutly poor attitude staffs are acting like a docters.
There is no “quality management” ..please remember small rate will spoil the entire building'
Behaviour of nurses is very very pathetic & casual. Especially in labour ward (fertility center).
Empathy for patients is not there. Because of staffs behaviour & irresponsible, the entire management name is getting spoil.
Need training for all nurses & have to treat all patents with right attitude & its creating a doubt about gknm quality.
Continuous audit is not there and the attender is not getting sufficient information & updation.
Knm is clearly focusing on "money" not service...
First impact it self gave me painful & emotional hurting to us. Unforgettable & bad experience in gknm hospital.
9.Night nurses are sleeping & not taking care of patients. Every body acting like hod.
