I got a call from Futurebazaar that my product would be dispatched as soon as possible..

          

And I even got my giftmate cachback!!cool...

This happens to be one of the most pathetic online shopping site in India..I ve shopped on indiatimes, rediff but I ve never had such a bad experience..

It all started when I got an SMS from giftmate that I could get a cash back of 50% if i buy anything from FB (future bazaar).

I got a prestige pressure cooker (5 lts)..Cost 2020 INR..same as what we would get it for in any other store. But just the 50% cash back thing made buy it from this doomed site!!!!:-(

I got the item after around 4 days...with broken handle and kaput top lid...

Put forth a complain....(its not even a toll free no)..n they gave me a 7 day window during which the defective..i would rather say..a useless piece would be collected from me and taken to their warehouse and a fresh piece dispatched back to me in another 6 days....so its almost 13 days I would have to wait to actually get the pressure cooker !!!

And the best part is ..they have seen to it that the 7 day window is utilized fully...today happens to be the 6th day...yet no ones here to collect the useless piece..

And the best part...the 50% cash back was a phony thing as well..I think...so basically...as an Indian would say " FB ne solid "c" banaya re tera!!!!!":-(

So..FB...thank you.....yahah mile..upar math milna plsss!!!:-)
