I Would Say I Love shopping @ Futurebazaar .
I Have Place Innumerous Orders at this website , and would like to
say i would recommend you to shop at futurebazaar , Then IndiaPlaza.in Or , Homeshop18.com
I Have Shopped At all 3 websites And Give an example for all 3.
Futurebazaar ---> I Ordered Plastic container from the website , but unfortunately due too transport it got damaged minutely , i informed customer care , They told it would be replaced ,& Got replaced in 2-3 Days .
Indiaplaza.in ---> I Placed An order 24 Pieces Imported Cutlery Set at this website , I Found it very different from the picture displayed & quality of the same was useless ,{ 3rd Grade quality*} , I Called customer care {Tring tring tring tring ..........} I Called approx 8-10 Times , Finally I Just got a chance to talk with him , i complained the person , I Told Him i wANT REFUND , hE wAS nOT rEADY ULTIMATELY HE GOT READY , But See What Is The Condition , I Send The Product by myself through courier , because they do not have tieup with any company for such pickup ! Do You Wanna Know the most spiciest stuff of that order , this order was sent to me from other company and not indiaplaza when i had placed an order from the same .
Homeshop18 ----> Order Placed , Payment Made through gift certificate , After few days , they ask for creditcard information for verification through email {which is very similar to other mails you recieve asking for bank details} , after few days they inform me that your order is cancelled as verification failed . order cancelled when there is no due !
They Have Nevere Ever called me , I Have always call them & This Is Matter of 3rd march & even today they do not know the reason why the order is cancelled & not fulfilled , i would be sharing ordernumber & datails if you are interested
I Have Printscreen of order placed at all places ,
I Have sent courier to indiplaza.in , & Till today it is showing as Order placed
I Have my account Printscreen of Inumerous Orders of futurebazaar & till the date i have not found any problem , I Have Ordered Many Things Like Electronic Cooker , Morningwalker , Tea keetles , And Many More .
But From Last Few Days I Have Noticed That Futurebazaar speed of loading has decreased by Apporox 90-98% But Expect that it will be fine again because i m now addicted to futurebazaar.com & Just love to keep shopping .
Futurebazaar is the Best is what i say ! ! !
