With such a sad customer service, I dont think its a good option for shopping. I ordered a Motorola Phone, and got a cheap one rather then what I ordered. I complaint about it, and its almost one months

I havent got my original phone. After lot of calls and promises that they will do something soon, after 1 months customre supports’s incharge told me to send me the wrong product back by courier. Can yo beat that, I mean instead of loooking at the matter and arranging pick up of the wrong product he told me to send it, damn.
Doesnt matter how cheap your products are, its customer service that matters, its responce to customer’s complanits that matters.
Very poor, I will suggest you to pls shy away investing money on this site, indiaplaza and ebay is far better then this or go to nearest mall and buy it...but pls never on this site!!!!!
