Hi IFB team,
Have an IFB washing machine(Executive Elite - Front Load), which leaks water from the bottom when switched on.
Had given a complaint to the call centre on July 20 & an executive turned up to say that a part needs to be replaced, which they do not have stock due to weekend. He also said, he will come back on July 22 and replace it, but never turned up.
Have been frantically calling your call centre every other day, only to call Peter(on whose number a lady picks up, to be of no use) & also John, who only takes the complaint diplomatically and does not do anything. He has been sincerely doing that, on my last 2 days of call.
Today, am on line with your hapless call centre after a week, yet no sign of help. Is this the current status of IFB?
Please let me know, if we can send the machine on an exchange offer, with any competitor. BOSCH ad seems to be tempt, have a second thought.
If I do not receive a reply, will go in for an exchange. Regards, Vivek(9036099312).
