This book learnt, the path of journey to the lotus of Samadhi is to rise above mud of sex. The method of meditation in this book is also the method of Tantra.
In this book, Osho says that if one can have sex for a minute, then he will need to have sex every day. In his mind every thought of sex will keep moving.
If a person can have sex for 3 minutes then he will get satisfaction for a week. He will not consider sex for a week, like a fill stomach does not have idea of food.
Similarly, if a man has sex for 30 minutes then he will not have sex for a month.
And if a person can get in sex for 3 hours then he will be free from sex and Samadhi will come on it.
Really such a readable book for best understanding people whom view this world with new eye.
