This is the worst company in my entire career, egoistic employer, hire n fire, spoiling the CV(Resume) of employees, Pathetic is right word for this comapny and management people
So many legal clauses, even you will have to pay training cost(45000) if u leave with in six months. once u r in company, u will be asked to work like slaves, no professionalism, no business ethics, only concentration on sales, even accountant, faculty, admin etc.
Every one has to focus on only sales(admissions), very orthodox type management, dirty politics in every centre and on all levels, no body.
