NEVER HAS THERE BEEN ANY COURIER COMPANY WHICH WILL NEVER WORK FOR WHAT YOU PAY THEM. The above line is the one line definition of this company. No body bother what is happening and whats not in this courier agency.
The manager is a puppet who sits in the SR Nagar. The girls come to office at 11.00 AM and also have never respond or are not well behaved. The issues here never come to an end the the life of even a corporate customer is not spared billing is huge some the delivery or the status of delivery is never known by them selves.....
I am a regular customer to them a courier sent to outstation take minimum 7 working days slower than the IndiaPost... Or it can be worse the delivery happen after two months one has to ask them the status and they will realize that this consignment was never delivered and later it said to be lost or delivered at that time.......
