The courier sent on Monday was not even delivered for four days from Madurai to Chennai.
The reason given as Madurai center is that the door was locked. But my mom was there whole day since she is a patient.
When enquired at chennai center the way the answers were given were very rude and unethical.
The person who answered a customer care service answered like the details cannot be seen at this time since the office shifting process is going on and disconnected the call abruptly.
They are shifting the office on a working day and cannot not even answer to a customer who is seeking help.
The most unprofessional courier service. I would never recommend this courier to anybody and even to my enemy.
