We had a pathetic experience with french express courier. we requested a document from SBI they sent it from my home town(idapaddi) and intimated us after sending the document(22 may). Now we are staying at manapakkam, after 2 days we didn't get courier so we called couried office(on 24th may)(French express website tracking not working). This itself taken 5 calls to reach correct courier office(regional-Idapadi-salem-porur), the manager picked up call and didn't respond properly. After that he redirected to Mananpakkam office, they ensured that we will deliver courier by end of day. They didn't delivered, so we called salem brach to know the status, in salem office they said it return back with concerned person not there. We called porur office and that manger not responded properly.
We got courier from all other couriers properly, address also easyly findable and mobile numbers also reachable. They are simmply sitting in office and returning back the courier.
