I am planning to buy a used Ford Fiesta 1.4 EXI petrol 2006 driven about 26k. The owner is quoting 3.7L. The condition of the car is good. Is it advisable to go for the deal? The owner is saying it gives the mileage of 11 - 12 kmph. And the insurance is getting expired this june.

Please help me I am a little reluctant of buying a FORD vehicle after reading the reviews about the maintenance is costly, poor service, spare parts being highly priced. I am based out of Bangalore.
