Hi All ,

earlier i had written how i could not get over omy Ikon in spite of having a brand new fiesta. Now my feel is getting concretised with shock abosorber issue that i am facing. My bran new ca was producing some noise which the shaman dianosed as shocks probels and they were very nice to change them for free ( vehicle was 2 months old) but then when i was driving fast over 100 kms per hour on the mumbai pune expressway and to my suprise i found the car unstable and wondering out of control which is very unlikely with ford cars ( well that’s what my ikon had tought me .) I had complained to the customer care on Ford india website. The dealers contacted me in no time and now once again they want to inspect the shocks ??? is this what we buy a new car for ? trips to their workshops with my new car ? i really feel sorry for myslef and hate myslef for taking a decision to buy another ford. It’s alright that they are helping me but why do i have a faulty car in first place ? who can assure me that there wont be more problems ?
