Worse Ford service centres. Review on Ford Ikon

I'm a master graduate (MS) in automotive electronics and I analyze each cars day to day and write reviews. I own a Ford Ikon which I am really pleased with, but have problems with the service centers. The actual Ford service center the one in Hoodi (Whitefield, Bangalore) where my vehicle broke down right after 3rd month of service.

When I contacted them and asked how exactly the service was carried out which brought my vehicle to stall completely in the middle of journey, they say we can't guarantee on the performance of the vehicle which I felt was sick!

Every system not just cars when its about to breakdown it shows up some symptoms and my vehicle showed up a symptom where it used to growl (engine growling) when I press clutch which was indicating that it needs a complete engine service which I thought the mechanics at the service station would Identify but they didn't.

When this happened I used the OBD scanner to check what was wrong in my car then found out that the it had problems with the cooling system, ignition coil, radiator (manually tested). then when I contacted and told them I was able to Identify these problems they say we do scanning only when there s CHECK ENGINE light is lit up.

This is a BIG stupidity from their end. No matter what if the MIL shows up or not the OBD scanning is mandatory for all the cars that are coming out after 1998's. My vehicle didn't show up any engine light but still it showed up the problems after scanning.

I guess these service technicians need a lot of training. On top of this the parts aren't available when needed. NO MATTER EVEN IF FORD IS ONE OF THE TOP BRANDS IF THEY DON'T WORK ON THESE ASPECTS WE NEED TO STOP PURCHASING FORD BRANDED VEHICLES. I have good political contacts and if need be I can stop contracts from Ford in KARNATAKA.
