Look and Style: When you look the new 2013 Ford Figo is so beautiful from the outside and too inside. Interior is beautiful and the material used inside and outside is Genuine and Quality one comparing all the cars of this time. Body is so strong you can touch and feel it, when you go to have a test drive just ask them to open the bonnet and try to lift it. I tell you cannot easily lift it, because it is very heavy. The road grip is very strong and commendable comparing with RITZ and Swift.
Comfort: When you talk about the comfort, it is FORD Company vehicle one of the best selling vehicle of the AMERICA even today. Very and very comfort. It is Luxurious car of this segment. You don't have back pain and irritation etc. Very spacious inside, you have enough place for your foot and the luggage’s, see the Boot space rear; it is very big you can have lot of things without any much worries. Air-condition is very powerful and you will enjoy it, the audio system is very good. The seat is very comfortably arranged. Engine noise is not too much. All Diesel engines will have little more sound when we compare the Petrol cars. But my Figo is soundless, I have bought it last month and it is running as petrol car. We really enjoy it.
Pickup: Pickup is very good even with AC on and even with the high speed we don't feel it that we are driving very fast. In highways you can drive 120 kilometer and even more without any shake. But always better to drive our car 60 to 80 and in the highways may me near to 100. I think for our safety and in Indian road, going more than 100 may not be wise. Other than with the capacity of its engine power you can touch the high speed of it.
Mileage: It will give you 18 to 20 in the city condition with AC on and in the highways you can expect 21 plus always. Is it not enough? Of course Beat will give you high average. But you must know it is 1000 CC engine and the Figo is 1400 CC. So the Figo is heavy car. You may ask what it is matter to me whether it is 1000 CC or 1400 CC? It is a good question! When the CC is higher the comfort and the engine life duration will be longer and good. Ford engine is powerful and it will run without any problem. No engine problem will come if you have maintained it well; I mean service it in time. Many will do the rash drive then you cannot expect the car will always co-operate with you!? Even though the car is machine, but you must love it and take care of it while you are using. So it won’t give you any trouble and it will take care of you too.
Best Features: when we say best features, audio system is high quality one and inside all features and the AC penal are very good and designed very well.
Needs to improve: One thing more I expect is rear windows must have the power windows. In Figo even top models also not having the rear power windows which I don't like and agree. Company must release the Figo cars with company fitted rear power windows. Another thing the back windows will only open half. They says, it is because of Safety features. But must be open fully.
Overall Experience: I strongly recommend the people to buy. Comparing vehicle of this time it is one of the best in fuel consumption, comfort and maintenance. As people are thinking it is not too much when we count the service charges. When you look the rate lists of the Maruti spare parts and FORD. Some are more expansive in Maruti spare parts but some are less in Ford Company. Now in Madras FORD company is having their manufacturing company and the next I heard that they are planning in Gujarat too. So in the days ahead you will have best service.
