Best part of this store is that it is conveniently located to HRBR 3rd and 2nd block residents. My experience with them has been degrading progressively. The last straw was when I saw out dated food products being still sold. Imported apples being sold at the same price even after its shelf life is over. I had purchased a kilo of these apples when they were fresh and found them really good. Well, I went for the second round to buy some more after I finished the first batch - I saw the same apples little yellowish in colour being sold at the same price I had bought them a week back. One gets a feeling of being cheated in this joint. 
Be carefull with your bought out items. I am not sure if it is a mistake or on purpose - some of the packed items are placed in places where customer can easily miss out that it is his/her item. I lost a full box of diet coke costing INR 125/-. Even if I give it a benefit of doubt - I cant forget the past expereinces and feel that I have been cheated again.  After these incidents my visit to this shop has litterally stopped.
Parking!! the least said the better. It is sheer luck if you get parking in this place. There are other hotels and banks / ATMs adjacent to this shop. So, getting a parking near to this shop is sheer luck .  
One should certainly avoid going to their shop while they unload the food stuff from the lorry. They care a hoot whether a customer is passing by or not. No wonder if find yourself hit by an empty box or a worst a broom stick. I was unfortunate to take the later. Now, I just hate going there and shifted my shopping to Nilgiris at Banswadi Main road. Food world has lost a customer.
