Let me start by saying that I am not really a coffee drinker, but occasionally indulge in it when I am in the mood to get a huge caffeine rush. I love the smell of freshly brewed coffee, but I prefer tea. Coffee is great though when you are eating a rich dessert such as one of my home made chocolate cakes. I do not grind my own coffee beans(which is the BEST tasting coffee when you grind your own), so the closest I have founf to the fresh ground beans is Folgers French Roast.

If I am going to have a cup of coffee, I like it to be strong just like my chai. Folgers French Roast has the most robust flavour of the Folgers blends. It has a great aroma like when coffee beans have just been roasted and are still warm. I love it! The smell alone can open your eyes. Once I buy coffee, I put it in an airtight plastic container and place it in the freezer to preserve the flavour. I know people say to put it in the fridge, but I like the freezer, because I am worried that in the fridge the moisture will encourage mold to grow on the grounds in a short amount of time.

I use a coffeemaker to brew the coffee. I put the cold water in the maker and about 1 and a half tablespoons of coffee per cup as suggested on the packaging. I like my coffee strong and black, and my husband likes milk and sugar in his. This strong coffee accommodated us both. So, if you are like me, and are too lazy to grind your own coffee beans, buy Folgers. It has a good flavour, and great aroma.
