They were good, they became better and for me now they are the BEST. I visit Crossword only every two months - but I pick up enough books to fill my reading appetite. The staff is helpful, always have the answers quick and are able to even guide you based on interest levels.

I think it was ’’Seven Day Weekend’’ that I was looking for - Being a best seller they were out of stock - but the staff was kind enough to pick books which were of similar interest. It’s a pleasure to be there, and you always do end up buying books in that comfortable environment.

The other key feature I really enjoy: is the Recommendation Corner. The owner really knows what he says and I think is recommendations are really nice. I have always picked up or other books he recommends. Always been satisfied.

However what really disappoints me - The poor membership program. Not so exciting. charge you for membership. No points on purchase - Just an additional discount during their annual sales - Doesnt help much!
