My five worst cricket commentators
Oct 11, 2015 02:26 PM 5859 Views

1. Laxman Sivaramakrishnan: He is heavily biased towards CSK and Tamil Nadu cricketers just because he hails from Chennai.

2. Harsha Bhogle: Really irritating moron, cracks a lot of "jokes" which are not fuuny and he thinks he knows everything about cricket when actually he has never touched a bat and ball in his life.

3. Ranjit Fernando: He provides absolutely no insightful knowledge on the game and doesn't know what he is saying most of the time.

4. Sanjay Manjrekar: Really selfish and narrow-minded b*d. He thinks he knows everything about cricket, cuts off the other commentators when they air views which oppose his opinions and his commentary is heavily biased in favour ofcertain Indian cricketers as well as BCCI and its evil policies.

5. All the female commentators in the IPL: Female commentators are a disgrace to cricket commentary and broadcasting. They don't provide anything new to the game and their commentary is so dull, boring and one-dimensional. Cricket commentary was always a men's bastion and it should remain that way to maintain the high standards set by Richie Benaud, Tony Greig, Bill Lawry, Ian Chappell, Geoff Boycott, Sunil Gavaskar, Michael Holding and Nasser Hussain, instead of making it more mediocre in the name of gender equality.
