I have read the chetan bhagats novel five point someone more than five times and it entertained me like most but if I think of review it in comparison to any famous novelist like Ruskin Bond, Alfred Hitchcock, salman rushdie who are top on my list, i find his prose little average .there is no doubt it easily connects to an average school passout but it will not shiver you while you go through it like many famous writers novels do.In my opinion, it is an average novel to get you entertain but not enlighten.I think his creations are very good masala material for a bollywood movies to attract public to theaters but not a genuine soul shocking creations.
