I had been to this restaurant - Taste of Rampur at koramangala with my friends. I wanted to share this experience on how they treat the feedback forms that they give you. We had ordered from the menu and the food was all served well. We ordered a refill of Naan and Rotis and it took them 20 min to serve them while folks who were on the buffet were being served the same just in the next table.
So I did mention this in the feedback form and rated them low on the service. The waiter just walked past my table saw the feedback form, tore it into pieces and dropped it into the pocket of another waiter. I just hope the owner of the restaurant gets to see this and take necessary steps.
