I feel this review is:
I booked a courier from Sagar(M.P.) to Chapra(Bihar) on 26/12/2016. The consignment was some Namkins packed in a Plastic container. I was not able to even track the progress of consignment. I tracked several times but there was no tracking detail on the website of Courier company. It show only dispatched from Sagar on 26/12/16. There was no further shipment details. After a week I enquired several times on customer care numbers. They replied that the consignment is in transit. I was so much disappointed. Lastly after 9 days in the late evening of 3/1/17 the consignment was delivered with broken container. So I am fully unsatisfied with the services rendered by the courier company and will suggest to never take its services.
